Welcome! We’re glad to have you back SOULNIC! While the festival will be as great as ever, things will look different this year. To ensure the health and safety of our attendees, at the SOULNIC Music Festival.

Health & Safety
The health and safety of our attendees, artists, and staff is our top priority. We are committed to ensuring that you have a wonderful festival experience this year, with confidence in the procedures designed for a safe environment for all.
Proof of Vaccination/Negative Test Required
Proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result will be required to enter the Festival. For patrons who are not immunized, a negative COVID-19 test result, taken within 72 hours of arrival at the festival, must be presented at the gates.
Acceptable documentation may be a physical copy of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card/Negative test results or a digital copy of such card/results. Documentation must include your full legal name matching your proof of identification (driver's license, passport, etc.)
Without proof of vaccination or negative test results, you will not be allowed to enter the event.
As the vaccine has not been approved for use on kids under age 6, a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event will be required.
PCR based, NAA based or Antigen test results are all acceptable. Self-administered or antibody tests will not be accepted.
Based on the current guidelines of the State of California, masks are not currently required outdoors. If the guidelines for mask-wearing change – we will inform you as soon as we know. We strongly suggest mask-wearing for all individuals in the following scenarios:
• If you are not fully vaccinated
• In line at a food vendor, bar, or vendor area
• Other scenarios where you would be unable to maintain a distance of 3 feet from anyone outside of your household.
Keeping You Safe
The SOULNIC team is working closely with local and state authorities and will follow all required COVID-19 health & safety guidelines in place at the time of the festival to offer a safe festival experience. Current onsite healthy and safety measures include:
• Hand sanitization stations located throughout festival grounds
• Regular cleaning on high-touch locations and surfaces
• Vendor booths will be limited to 2-3 people inside at a time.
• Staff and volunteers are required to be fully vaccinated or report a negative COVID test 72 hours prior to work
• All chairs, high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and equipment will be cleaned regularly
Canopy, Table & Chair Rentals
A deposit of a valid driver's license or current credit card is required.
Gate & Show Times
Saturday: Gates 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Parking
Fairgrounds Parking is available for a $10 fee. We also recommend utilizing rideshare services Uber and Lyft to avoid limited parking availability. If you have onsite parking, please print your parking pass and bring it with you to show at the parking lot entry gate. Parking lot opens at 9am on the day of the festival.
Food & Beverage Policies
We invite you to enjoy a wide variety of food and beverages available for purchase at the SOULNIC Music Festival. As per the State of California alcohol cannot be brought onto the fairgrounds. Water is available at no cost and bottles may be filled at the free Water stations. Containers are also available for purchase. Barbeques are allowed in designated areas. No alcohol may be brought onto the Fairgrounds. Every person who enters the Fairgrounds is subject to search by Security personnel.

ADA Passenger Loading/Unloading area with ADA access is located at the Preferred Parking Area. Please contact Security at the Information Booth, if have any specific questions. A limited amount of ADA parking spaces are available on Fairground Road. Parking is first-come, first-served.

We want all attendees to have an enjoyable and safe experience at SOULNIC. Please help us ensure everyone's security, comfort, and convenience by following these rules. Enjoy the Festival!
For Your security
Every person is subject to a security search. Please be prepared for Security to search your belongings. Security reserves the right to refuse entry to the Festival Grounds. The SOULNIC Music Festival works with the Department of Parks and Recreation, a professional security firm, and the City of Sylmar police department to ensure the safety of our patrons.
